They help to regulate and support your liver, gallbladder and central nervous system. Some good organic foods to choose from are: • Freshly squeezed citrus in warm or room temperature water to drink.  • Asparagus, beets, carrots.   • Any green leafy vegetable.  • Dandelion greens are especially good. Cook them in a bit of water until soft 2-3 minutes, remove immediately, chop and serve with olive oil and salt; the water helps to sweeten the dandelion greens flavor.
