Dayan Qigong First Set
This traditional form of Qigong is popular today in China and around the world. The 64 gentle movements work with meridian energy and can bring a restful but strong response from any body. Balance is often improved as is flexibility and decreased stress. Adaptations can be made as needed for persons with mobility issues.

Eight Brocades (Ba Duan Jin)
This easy to learn form is very traditional and often described in texts about Qigong. It incorporates focus on the breath as part of the repetitive movements. Movements can be done from a chair if needed. Meditation and acupressure massage of points will also be included in the class.

This short 4-session class gives former students a boost to their practice and helps new students develop confidence. Same 2-hour class format. Review the last quarter of the moves in week 1 (e.g., Moves 52-64), and work backwards, quarter, by quarter from there.
